What does this adapter do?
The PIE FRD04-AUX allows you to add any auxiliary audio source to your compatible factory installed audio system.

Your radio must be RSE capable, but the PIE FRD04-AUX will NOT work if the RSE (Rear Seat Entertainment) system is present.
Will NOT work if the factory Navigation system is present.
Will NOT work if the factory Satellite Radio System is present.
Not compatible with Ford SYNC System.
Where is the installation done?
The PIE FRD04-AUX connects to the 16 pin connector at the rear of the factory radio.
