What does this adapter do?
The PAC AAI-FD4 allows you to add any auxiliary audio source to your compatible factory installed audio system.

Your radio must be RSE capable, but the PAC AAI-FD4 will NOT work if the RSE (Rear Seat Entertainment) system is present (Must disconnect to use this adapter).
Will NOT work if the factory Navigation system is present.
Will NOT work if the factory Satellite Radio System is present.
Not compatible with Ford SYNC System.
Where is the installation done?
The PAC AAI-FD4 connects to the 16 pin connector at the rear of the factory radio.
